01 About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, which is run by Supermerco, based in India. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

02 Information, not an offer

This website describes huereo for information. It is not an offer to supply anything. Any assessment, pilot, licence or other engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement.

Features, law packs and languages are described with their status, and the limits at launch are listed on the Trust page. Pricing is on request and only a written quote is binding. Examples, such as the record in the home-page demo, are synthetic illustrations, not benchmark results.

04 Using the site

Please do not:

  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
  • send real personal data from your datasets, or personal data about other people without the right to do so;
  • submit malware, spam or content that is unlawful or misleading;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with us.

Security research that follows our disclosure policy is welcome.

05 Our content

The text, design, the huereo name and its logo belong to Supermerco. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution. Anything more needs our written permission.

06 No warranties

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, express or implied.

07 Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

09 Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Changes and contact
